Terms of Service

NEXORA Metals Forecast ("NEXORA", "the Service") is an experimental research platform in public beta that publishes probabilistic market intelligence for precious metals: directional estimates, price ranges, confidence levels, market regimes, scenarios and a public track record. The Service is under active development; features, models and outputs may change, degrade or be discontinued at any time.

NEXORA provides probabilistic market intelligence, not financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage or trading instructions. Forecasts are statistical estimates, not guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Service may explicitly output "no signal" when evidence is weak. Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation or personalized recommendation.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make, including trading or investment decisions. Trading precious metals involves substantial risk of loss. Never rely on the Service as your sole source of information. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXORA and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages — including trading losses, lost profits or data loss — arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree NOT to: (a) scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data, forecasts or content from the Service; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the models, signals, weights or methods of the Service; (c) resell, redistribute or republish the Service's outputs without written permission; (d) abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service or its APIs; (e) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (f) register with false information or create multiple accounts to abuse trial access.

All models, algorithms, signals, methodologies, software, design, branding and content of the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of NEXORA. Beta access grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial evaluation. No IP rights are transferred to you.

Beta access is currently free and granted at NEXORA's discretion. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, scraping, or security reasons, without prior notice. Beta access does not guarantee access to future paid tiers or grandfathered pricing.

NEXORA may introduce paid subscriptions. No payment is collected during the free beta. If billing is introduced, payment processing will be handled by a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe); NEXORA will not store card numbers directly. Additional terms will apply and will be presented before any charge.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
