Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect
When you register for beta access we collect: name (optional), email address, WhatsApp/phone (optional), country (optional), metal of interest (optional), language preference, and your consent record. We also generate service data: registration source, timestamps and subscription/access status. We do not collect payment card data (no billing exists during the free beta; if introduced, cards will be processed by Stripe and never stored by NEXORA).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: (a) grant and manage beta access; (b) send you product updates, signals and performance reports you consented to; (c) understand aggregate usage to improve the Service; (d) notify you when paid plans launch. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase, hosted on AWS) and processed by our hosting provider (Vercel). Transport is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the database is restricted by server-side credentials.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and market-data providers that receive no personal data. If billing launches, Stripe will process payments under its own privacy policy. We currently run no third-party advertising trackers.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and browser local storage to remember your access email on your device. These are functional, not advertising trackers.
6. Data Retention
We retain registration data while your access remains active and for up to 24 months after your last activity, unless you request deletion earlier. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your Rights — Access and Deletion
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or complete deletion at any time by emailing info@nexoraoem.com from the registered address. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
8. Security
Secrets and credentials live server-side only; public APIs expose no personal data; internal endpoints require server-side authorization. No system is 100% secure — we will notify affected users of any material breach as required by law.
